After beginning my career as a salesman in family businesses, I studied Finance in business school before joining a top workforce consulting firm, helping leaders design best-in-class sales teams and incentive plans. I took those experiences to the startup tech world, creating a new hire sales process to rapidly scale the business at responsible costs. Most recently, I started a workforce management team within a large bank, improving HR operations and partnering with business leaders on hiring, engagement, and retention strategies.
With over a decade of experience working with talented business leaders on core sales, process, and management functions, I knew it was time to return to my entrepreneurial roots and leverage my accumulated financial and career capital to pursue a business of my own. Along with my wife Lisa and son Cooper, I look forward to moving to a new community as I take this next step.
